Masterclean provides 24-hour emergency response, seven days a week. Upon receipt of an assignment our IICRC certified technician/estimators makes immediate contact with the insured. Masterclean arranges immediate attendance at the loss site on emergency claims and are capable of seeing claims with 2 hours. We will isolate the cause of the damage and implement the necessary procedures to mitigate the loss. On non-emergency claims, we attend the loss site with 24-hours.
